  • Processing of administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, general e-mail and telephone correspondence, database maintenance and archiving)


Requirements and skills

  • Completed  training or studies (e.g. in the commercial area, event manager or similar)

  • Appropriate professional experience in the organisation/implementation of events

  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with customers

  • High customer and service orientation

  • Professional, independent and reliable way of working
